Builds on Unlimited are fair-use: the ceiling is 100 a month, which is more than three release builds every day. If you have a reason to go past it, tell us and we will raise it — we would rather hear about it than have you find out at the wrong moment.
One community? Solo is $29 a month for one app with everything Pro has that shapes the app itself. Building for clients? Pro covers five apps for $49 a month — under $10 per app — and Unlimited has no app cap at all. Every app you ship is published under your client’s own developer accounts, so the listing and its members belong to them, and your subscription stays one line on your own invoice however many communities you run.
Membership features and products — the news feed, groups, chat, store, badges and the rest — are built from the plugins you already run, so each one becomes available once its supporting plugin is active on your site. Template screens are the exception. You compose those yourself from blocks — no plugin involved — and drop them into any navigation bar like any other tab, which is how a welcome screen, an about page or a promo gets into the app. See how the template builder works.
